RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return & Exchange Window

• You have 15 days from the date of purchase (or delivery date for online orders) to return or exchange your items.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items (Final Sale)

For hygienic and health reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Underwear / Boxers

• Socks

3. Item Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following strict criteria:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

• Items must be completely free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear.

• Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and must be returned in their original packaging/box.

4. Proof of Purchase

• The original receipt must be presented at the time of the return or exchange. No exceptions will be made without a valid receipt.
