Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping at Premium Stitches. We do our best to process and ship your orders efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below:


1. Processing & Handling Time

Due to the exclusive nature of our items, orders are processed within 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


2. Incomplete or Incorrect Order Information

Please note that we cannot ship your order if any required information is missing or incorrect (such as an incomplete shipping address, missing phone number, or unverified billing details). In such cases, your order will be placed on hold, and our team will contact you to update the details. This may cause additional delays in processing times.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location, but standard domestic shipping typically takes between 3–7 business days after the processing period.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Delays & Issues

Premium Stitches is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or missing information. If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
